What Makes Superior Lead Carbon AGM (SLCA) Superior:
Positive Plate: This battery uses a paste formula designed to minimize water consumption, resulting in a longer service life of up to 1300 cycles at 50% Depth of Discharge (DoD). It's specifically engineered for deep cycle performance.
Negative Plate: The SLCA range incorporates a unique mixture of carbon and other additives in the negative material, enabling it to perform exceptionally well in partial state of charge (PSoC) conditions. This increases charge acceptance, optimizes fast charging capability, and reduces sulphation, a common cause of premature battery failure.
Separator: The battery features a bespoke separator that lowers internal resistance, keeping the plates wet, maintaining cell compression, and preventing acid stratification. Double wrapping further enhances safety by preventing short circuits.
